I am so disappointed that your podcast has ended, I have found it so enjoyable, I have started listening to some of the other ones you recommended, but they are not nearly as high energy or funny, as yours was. I loved hearing the banter between you and your wife, the lovely Michele. I’m gonna have to go back and listen to all of them again just because I enjoyed it so much plus I knew you were going to do another podcast… but I can’t remember the name of it so I can’t find it. I am currently waiting to schedule my gastric sleeve surgery and stumbled on this podcast. It has been incredibly helpful, to be able to hear someone else’s story in depth. It is helping me realize that all of my reasoning, fears and thoughts are not abnormal. It’s making me feel understood!

Sorry for not reviewing this sooner. If it wasn’t for Nima I probably wouldn’t of gone through with the surgery. when contemplating doing bariatric surgery I went down a rabbit hole of research, everything from cardiologists to to primary doctors to Weight loss specialists, all of which have never had weight issues. It’s hard to explain to somebody who has been fit their whole life why I couldn’t lose weight. And it’s even harder to explain why I wouldn’t just go for the surgery. Nima documented his whole process and made it easy for me to make my decision.Thank you my friend for helping me through this journey.

I am 9 months VSG podcast! I have been listening to Nima for about 2 months and wished I had found his podcast sooner! He is so energetic, funny and has so much good information to share! Keep up the good work and keep the podcast coming!

Nima is absolutely what I needed! I’m 3 weeks post op sleeve and his podcast is life. I know Nima from a gastric sleeve support group—we are “surgery twins” meaning we had the surgery on the same day. He has been a source of inspiration and hearing his story through the podcast has resonated with me. We may have different backgrounds and life stories but the struggle is the same. I can’t wait to hear more.

This podcast is such an amazing view of an everyday person traversing the obstacles of life and specifically the unknowns of weight loss via gastric sleeve. More than a handful of my own family members have done this procedure and until now I had never thought about their challenges along the way...... I absolutely love this!
