    Invaluable, basic Christianity
Fr. Josiah preaches the Gospel with no reservations. That’s what a priest is supposed to do, and he does it with great grace and power from on high. May God always richly bless him and keep him, his family, and his parish well! The only thing I find horrible is that Apple, in its infinite depravity, designates this podcast as “Politics.”

I got to meet Fr Josiah at my parishes feast day for our patron Saint, the holy Saint Raphael of Brooklyn. His homilies are some of the best out there on the internet.

Sound Theology, Patristic Teachings, and Exposition of the Scriptures.
The Arena podcast overflows with beautiful expository preaching on the Scriptures, the teachings of the Church Fathers, the Saints, and Martyrs. Fr. Josiah is truly the “Golden Tongued” preacher of our age. For all of the negative things that the era of internet has brought us, having these works available around the word is truly a blessing. My God continue to work through this ministry for spreading the gospel and for His own glory!

Can’t make it through my week without this podcast!
Being a mother of four I have basically spent the past 10 years missing almost every Sunday sermon while taking my children out of the church so that they do not disturb the priest or distract others while he was talking. I was so excited when I discovered The Arena because I felt like I wasn’t missing out anymore. Initially I thought I would have a hard time just listening to a sermon and not seeing the priest, but Fr. Josiah is simply amazing! I honestly feel like I am there, with his parishioners, and a part of their church family, while he is talking. Even though I am on the other side of the country, I pray that one day I will be able to actually attend one of his Liturgies and see him speaking live. Thank you for offering this podcast that I honestly can’t do life without.

Great place to begin spiritual growth
I found Fr. Josiah’s YouTube just last December and I simply can’t get enough of his teachings. As someone who took my journey through catechism for granted, I felt lost and a lack of spiritual growth. Then I started to listen to Fr. Josiah’s talks and I have been awakened to the knowledge that I’ve been needing to hear. Truly nourishing in crazy times.
