One Pot MealsAdopt me please!I’ve yet to listen to an episode just once. Every single one is worth a re-listen, with a pen and notebook in hand. Simple. Practical. And always surprising- no one breaks open and brings to life the Gospel story like Father John and Mary! I wish I could move in with them and listen to their conversations all day, every day!

NH DispatcherGame ChangerFrom the Rescue Project to this weekly podcast, the changes I’ve noticed in my faith life in the last few months since I discovered it are wild. I look forward to this every week - it’s made such an enormous difference for me during the Mass. I hear everything so much more directly to me from the Lord. I am absolutely loving it.

Barb880087654Inspiring and EducationalI have truly been so inspired by Father John and Mary! The topics are current, relevant to my life as I'm trying to grow in faith and discipleship (while working full time plus and dealing with the challenges that life throws at us), and inspire me to live and act in faith. I am so glad I found it!

143LisaRescued … thinking of 3 who were capturedHello Fr John, For many years now I pray every day for Michelle Knight, Gina DeJesus and Amanda Berry and her daughter. They were captured and tortured just as you describe in your book. I always remember a part in Amanda’s story where there was a picture of Jesus in the room she was sickeningly tortured and she kept his image as a comfort. I pray everyday that Michelle and Gina can have the same connection with Jesus after the horror they all went through. Sometimes it just brings me such sadness that something like they went through could happen. Your book has helped me come to terms with the why… I will still continue to pray for them and maybe if you read this you could add them to your prayers as well.. God bless you father Lisa

C0rnerst0neTip of The SpiritFather John and Mary are the dynamic duo. Their podcast offers hope, joy, and courage. They are not afraid. They do not disparage anyone (other than the evil one itself). They are not discouraged. They were born for this.

AmazinggmamaAlways Says what I need to hearFr. John has always been gifted with the ability to speak to everyone in a way that is clear, concise and personal. I feel like he knows my heart and talks to my fears, concerns and hopes. I’m thrilled I found this podcast, and with the new daily Be Not Afraid updates, it is becoming a regular part of my spiritual day.

Truman Newman OompaloompaThankfulMy Pastor pointed me to this podcast in the Church bulletin, and I am thankful that he did. I have listened to Fr. Ricardo’s other podcasts before, and I am very grateful for his work. In the Acts XXIX podcasts, he proclaims the good news in ways that make it much more meaningful than I have ever heard it announced before. I think it has to do with the fact that he sticks to the basics and then draws out their deep meaning in our lives. Our culture gives us a world view that is not in line with reality, and this causes the gospel to be watered down and become irrelevant in most people’s lives. We are constantly distracted; therefore, we need a clear and concise understanding of the good news. We are at war with the enemy, and Fr. Ricardo and his team tell us the enemy’s game plan as well as what we can do to fight back. I have been studying theology for six years now, and I really needed this. Thank you Fr. Ricardo and team for all you do. You really are making a difference in my life, and I believe in other lives as well.
