Waiting for Season 2

I enjoyed the podcast. I wish for the next season she would grant herself the freedom to go further and speak about deeper topics important to her and in the world. Side Note; There is so much hate in the world. Stop trying to bully this grown woman people.

Meghan is a great host able to surface authentic insights and vulnerable truths from her guests. Many of the commentators are those salty folx who have pre-packaged disdain for Meghan and/or people with her identities and characteristics…that is: female, royal, black, successful, intelligent, beautiful, happy…you get the idea.

I love the topic and how these Archetypes affect certain demographics of women.

This is the first podcast I listened to and … I love it! Her voice is so soft and soothing, the topics are ever so interesting, and I learn something new every episode. Cannot get enough of this.

Meghan is real. She’s American, bi-racial with an extraordinary mom, an actress, wife of a royal, and a mom herself. I love the stories of women, real women. We all struggle, we all have our struggles and victories. I wish all the British royalty haters would just go away. The public doesn’t know truths or reasons. Let Will and Meghan be.

I think if you give it a real chance you will find the podcast to be really insightful and inspiring. I enjoyed the interviews. As a POC and woman I felt seen and found it relatable. Hope there’s a season 2!

I absolutely love her voice and her as a person! So anything I hear on her podcast or that I see, are always honest and loving. Keep at it! I was to hear and see more of you ❤️🙏

Couldn’t make it through. It sounded like she was voicing an audio book. Which would be great if I was listening to an audiobook.

Meghan can’t hold a normal conversation. She adds her self-importance and lilting voice to this podcast. Does she want to be royalty or one of us Americans? The answer is she wants to be both: American royalty. Hard pass.

Boring is the best word to describe this podcast. The host sounds more like spokesperson vs an interviewer. Think over control voice reading from a script a lot of the time. The combination of that and this topic being popular years back nothing new was brought to the podcast. Disappointing because the guest list is impressive but feels like it was recorded for the host and the guest vs the audience.

This is a phenomenal podcast. It’s very pleasant to listen to, just from a enunciation/volume/cadence perspective. And well recorded; the conversations aren’t rambling or chaotic. It feels purposeful, it feels planned. But the topics! This podcast feels like it’s in the same vein as you and me both and wiser than me, but different with the way Meghan weaves together different conversations to create a 360° view of each episode’s focus. It’s feminist, it’s historical, it’s relevant to my life today. I really couldn’t recommend it higher, and I’ve already sent an episode link to two of my girls. I wish I heard about it sooner and I hope there’s a season two.

I’m thankful Meghan made these episodes and I wish there were more. This is the first podcast I’ve ever listened to and I enjoyed it immensely. Lots of thought provoking content and great insight into how we are typed. Thank you Meghan.

Prior to Meghan releasing her podcast on Spotify I wasn’t into podcasts nor had I used my Spotify account in years but for her I did and I’m so glad I did! The guests, the topics and her soothing voice kept making me look forward to the next one. I was so happy when I found out it’s on here finally and can’t wait for the new season. 2025 is her year. Thank you Meghan for staying true to yourself and always shining light to causes and topics dear to your heart

I hate just learning about Meghan’s podcast after all this time. I wish she could promote her projects on social media from a personal account. Anyway, Meghan is polished and well spoken. She’s presenting important topics and handling them with care. Oddly enough, my only critique is that she’s so good at this that she’s functioning like a seasoned journalist and I would love if she’d be less polished and kinda just chatted with friends. But she’s way too classy for that! I highly recommend this podcast!

I adore this podcast so much. Every episode was beautifully crafted and explored very nuanced and relevant topics. I appreciated and connected with every conversation I listened to on this podcast. I’m pretty sure I shed a tear at some point during every episode because of the beautiful and important conversations. Not to mention that powerful theme song. It gets me every time! I would love to hear more.

I’m late to this party but I love this podcast. Meghan is brilliant. The interviews are wonderful. I love the pace of the conversations. I adore Meghan’s voice and her approach. So thoughtful. So though provoking. We need these conversations.

Could this podcast be any more boring? No

My qualification: I am a former podcast host. Sidebar: My family is also affected by QAnnon; therefore I know about the “digital warriors”. Quit the 1 star reviews. I see right through them. Review: The topics about painful troupes surrounding our culture are vital listens. I have to admit the first episode was painful to listen to; however, that is true for the first episode of any podcast. Meghan quickly gains her footing early in the series and finishes spectacularly. The guest have experienced negative effects of cultural troupes. This isn’t a bunch of scholars mansplaining Archetypes. We need the Duchess to do more work like this instead of selling jam.

I stumbled upon this podcast last year and this has quickly become a highlight of my playlist. I’ve listened to each episode multiple times and gained insight and learned something new each time. From the very first episode, I was so amazed by Meghan’s engaging storytelling and insightful commentary. Each episode is meticulously crafted, offering a perfect blend of entertainment and education. The topics covered are diverse yet consistently intriguing, ranging from deep dives into current events to explorations of niche subjects I never knew I was interested in. The guests are always well-chosen, adding depth and varied perspectives to the discussion. The production quality is top-notch, with clear audio and a seamless flow and ad-libs that makes it captivating to listen to on commutes or while relaxing at home. It's evident that a lot of care and effort go into each episode, which is why I'm always eagerly hoping for news of its return. P.S most of the Meghan slander is clear that it comes from people who haven’t even listened to a single episode. Please find another tactic! It’s old now.

I’m a fan of the younger women who are exploring feminism with nuance. Bravo

Don’t listen to the haters! This was such an excellent collection of diverse interviews that brought so much insight and humanity to the circumstances women face, from protests in the Middle East, to motherhood, to the brown experience in corporate America. I especially loved the interviews with Mariah Carey and Shohreh Aghdashloo. Clearly, Meghan is a deep thinker who advocates strongly for women and Archetypes gives us all an avenue to talk, think and share about our life experiences as women. Hope to get more Archetypes content soon!

An embarrassing move all around.

Boring podcast. After a few minutes the hosts voice is very irritating and becomes hard to listen too. It is either so monotone and flat or fake syrupy sweetness. No matter who the guest is the host always brings it back to her favorite subject… herself

Inspiring and Uplifting are the words to describe Archetypes. I love how incredibly relatable every episode is. I start my day listening to Archetypes and I just feel instantly better. Meghan’s interviews, beautiful insights and inspiring self have made this even more special, along with all the amazing guests. I wish we have more episodes 💕

I’m so glad that the idea for this podcast came up, and really grateful that it was recorded and distributed. Meghan and team have done such a good job with curating content and publishing good work. The conversations and topics are helping me personally and I also think that The Duchess is a talented interviewer.

I just loved this interview with S.Williams. It was raw, honest and I felt like I was right there with them taking about subjects of interest to me. I thought at first I would get bored ..,,, No! It was great to hear that they had to make hard decisions too but still run a household. I do not feel alone. Thanks so much for this podcast!

I love to hear the self-expressions of successful women, especially across their lived history. Sometimes the dichotomies are contrived. This happens naturally across 20 or 30 years. Meghan is a fine interviewer. I’d like to see less striving for she-ro dialogue and finer values clarification. Agency in women doesn’t need to be so breathlessly inspiring. Nor does it need to be set against a background of “otherness” even if that occurs. After all, it’s a developmental imperative for every human being in order to be a healthy independent adult. Keeping this is mind, maybe the demographic here is only young adult women. But can’t they hear it already. Every one of them strives to be a Tik Tok phenom.

I have had this on my list to listen to and today was the day. I cannot express my gratitude enough for this series. As I listened during my long drive home, I found myself starting to cry. Hearing each of the women share out into words what has been in the background for me. Even as I write this, I am tearing up. It makes me feel seen, heard, and understood especially with Margaret Cho, Lisa Ling, Constance Wu, and Mindy Kaling. I have not finished Season 1 yet but even now, there is a lot for me to sit with and work through but this is a great start by giving voice to so many experiences that I’ve had in my life. So thank you. 🙏❤️
