KandmmomSo funI love listening to the back story or insights for each episodes. To learn more about the hows and whys of the challenges or conversations add so much to the episodes!
-
jlandisPerspectiveTypically don’t like show companion podcasts but this feels less like an add on and more like a critical component. The three way perspective is amazing.
-
BeshyaLOVE, LOVE, LOVE!I look forward to Jeff tell us what it’s like out there on the island and all the assorted stories from the different aspects of the show! So interesting to hear about the players and plays of this exciting game!

C.A.B./D.I.B.Love This New Piece of Survivor!Have been a fan of the show since season 1 episode 1. This podcast has been an extra plus taking us, the viewers, inside the show. Please keep this podcast going. Everyone should listen to this after an episodes. Thanks Jeff and Jay and all the special host you bring on board every season.

Diana934Best pod of my weekThis is my favorite podcast and I look forward to it every week after watching the episode! It’s like getting to relive the episode in all the best moments. Jeff’s unadulterated love for this show is so inspiring and makes me love it even more than I already do. And Rachel will go down as one of the greatest winners in history! She played such an impecable game, mad respect. I love her insights on the pod, she’s freakin brilliant. Jay too, great questions and perspectives!

BmagownMust listenI’ve been watching Survivor since Season Three. I just discovered this podcast last season. But now I have to listen to every episode. It makes watching Survivor that much more enjoyable. Keep it up.

Wantabee Challenge DesignerInsightThe On Fire podcast gives you such great insight into the game from so many different perspectives. I’m waiting for Jeff to write a book on his Survivor “insights” but, in the mean time, On Fire really quenches my desire for more behind the scenes information. Bring back Ponderosa and I will be in true Survivor Heaven!

AlexluckOn Fire gives me the inside scoopI’ve been a fan and avid listener since season one of On Fire. I feel so smart after listening, as whenever my husband or son says, “I wonder why…” or “How do they…” I can tell them because I’ve learned it from this podcast. We have watched Survivor since season one, and it is my only current “must see TV”. I look forward to the podcast each week as the final step to viewing each episode, and it has enriched my viewing experience tenfold. Thank you and Rachel, you’ve been such an asset this season!!

CiznyPerfect Complement to the ShowThe podcast is a perfect complement to the show and part of my Thursday routine. Please consider extending Rachel beyond this season! She is well spoken and provides great insight into what is going through players’ minds at each twist and turn. Jeff and Jay rock too.
-
AlisonT24A must listen! This podcast is amazing and an absolute must-listen for any Survivor fan! I now watch the episodes and think “I hope they talk about this on the podcast tomorrow!” The insights are great and I feel like I understand so much more about the show.
-
John in BryantOn FireWow!Wow!Wow! Excellent as usual!
-
Matt Geiger's MingOh boyThe show has followed Jeff’s direction and has become woke. Sob stories are being forced down our throats. And Jeff is all to blame, trying to make up for his past sins. He has let Australian Survivor be superior to his product.

Serendipity KMKeep setting me ON FIREThank you Jeff for sharing the behind the scenes info on the show, the crew, the storytelling process. These accompany the episodes in a fundamental way that satisfies my curiosity. I also love that a past player joins you. Have you considered having more than one past player for future seasons? Maybe as guests that rotate in. I mean, Parv, Boston Rob, Tony, Cochran, Aubrey would be amazing. New era, would love to hear from Carolyn, Carson, Kenzie.
-
Jane.reneeI love everything about this show!Jeff is the best thing that’s ever happened to the TV world and hosts! Podcast host Jay, now feels like another voice in our home and our five year old requests the podcast every morning on the way to school. Our boys are forever impacted by this show and the stories that come from it.

Ranger TonyaLate to the PartyHey Survivorists! I’m such a late bloomer- I just caught the Survivor bug about 2 years ago and have binged watched so much since then I have seen all but a handful of seasons. Discovering this podcast has taken my enmeshment with the show, Jeff and players to the next level. The behind the scenes topics you talk about and the great viewer questions are often ones I have wondered about.…but also I get so excited when you share insights I never considered. The complexity is mind blowing. Absolutely love this podcast!!!
-
AngeezyEpic!I’ve been hooked since season one, episode one. Spent my life working for the US military and found ways to watch from Iraq to Germany. This podcast sheds so much light on the behind the scenes and Jeff’s true commitment to the game. So good.
-
UltimateConsumerAmazing Companion PodcastI've been watching Survivor since the beginning and there is NOTHING like it anywhere on TV. Huge kudos to the team that continues to raise the bar. As for the podcast. Thank you for bringing us behind the scenes and answering some of my burning questions. Rachel, you're the GOAT!

goat sink 69Andy - Autism DadLove the podcast! Love the season. So cool to have insight from a past champ. My son, who has autism, and is a HUGE fan, loves Eva and we all love how you handled episode 5. I even shared it with my high school English students to help with autism awareness. Keep up the good work!

JMo_7My new favorite podcastI’ve been a viewer since day one and have not missed an episode. I don’t think it’s hyperbole or recency bias for me to say that the Joe and Eva interaction from last month was the most heartwarming moment in Survivor history, at least for me it was. I couldn’t get enough of reading about that episode and watching interviews with Joe and Eva over the next week, and that’s what led me to this podcast. Being such a fan of the show, I don’t know why I hadn’t subscribed prior to that episode, but now not only have I listed to each pod since then, but I’m also I’m listening to prior episodes. Other Survivor-focused podcasts can provide opinions, but Jeff provides the type of insight that other podcasts just can’t.

LorikokoDays on the islandI would love to see for one season, televise it as if we were on the island as well. Meaning when you had tribal one day, show that episode and when tribal happened again in two days, then show that episode. Just so that we as a viewers can see how quick the game really is and understand better the time frames on how they don’t have as much time in between tribals to figure things out on the fly necessarily. So instead of weekly episodes lasting for three months or so, is every other day-ish episodes. Might be great for season 50. Love the show

DrFR3Studying relationshipsSurvivor has been an innovative show for years and I have watched all the episodes. The podcast speaks to the fans and provides a window into how people interact and develop relationships in a closed community over the better part of 4 weeks. I have a suggestion: add 10 minutes to each podcast that explores a relationship that was not featured on the TV broadcast or explain further one that does. It can be at the end of podcast - this is a must listen for fans and there would be little or no push back in having an extra 10 min each week.
-
Desiree 1919Jeff is the GOAT!Love the podcast. The passion and love that Jeff clearly still has for Survivor shines through. It’s so great to get his insight and perspective.
-
Survivorfan31I love survivor! My all time favorite podcast & show! Thank you giving us great insights & behind the scenes!
-
OzPersonRachel is Fire!I’m really enjoying this season. Rachel has great insight. Love the production viewpoint. Improving every season, great work!
-
RobNE165Only one problem……it’s not long enough! This is a must-listen podcast for Survivor fans. Learning more about how challenges come together and how Jeff and the other show creators think about this game, including how it has evolved through the seasons, makes this a great podcast. I also love having the perspective of a former player. My only wish is that each episode was longer!
-
H LeslieGreat show! I can’t get enough.I love listening to On Fire after watching the most recent season. Growing up with Survivor I think it’s so cool to get behind the scene secrets. My husband is going back and watching old seasons and the extra info makes watching the past seasons more interesting and fun. Keep it up! Hannah L.

ChristianCreel001Lovin’ the Insight!I listen to this podcast religiously the day following a new episode airing and I can honestly say that I am NEVER disappointed! Probst, Jay, and Rachel due an excellent job offering unique, and often fun, insights into Survivor. I highly recommend adding this to your library as you will not be disappointed!
-
JCanfieldPhotographyForeverI’ve been watching Survivor since those very first seasons, first with my dad and now with my SO. It’s been a part of my life for as long as I can remember and now adding in, listening to the juicy tidbits and behind the scenes details of the show with the pod makes watching the show even better! Love the banter, love the tidbits and the behind the scenes! I do hope you go back in the off season and do episodes talking about the early shows!

Kara-DThe tribe has *podcasted*I have been watching Survivor since season one when I was 8 years old. I started listening to the podcast for season 46 when I was pregnant. Of course, I went back and listened to the first two seasons of the podcast while also rewatching some of my favorite seasons as I often do. When my daughter was born season 47 aired. I’m beginning to think my daughter recognizes Jeff’s voice more than mine! Survivor has and will always be my comfort show! Having the added podcast and a look behind the scenes is amazing! Thank for you continuing to entertain me and so many others!
-
Just Me and FamQuestion for JeffMy family has been watching Suvivor since the beginning. Love how it has evolved. We have Survivor parties and even roasted coconut over a fire. We wondered if Jeff stays in Fiji for the whole season or flies home for breaks? Keep the shows coming!
-
Survivorist1A must for any Survivor fan.Such a good Podcast! As a huge Survivor fan from day one I appreciate the insight of what goes into producing my favorite show. When the show is over every Wednesday I am so glad to have this podcast to listen to to continue my survivor experience. I have learned so much from this podcast. Keep up the good work!

12th DollSo much wiserI have been a survivor watcher from the beginning. I’m not known as a strategist. I’ve always been amazed at how the players figure things out. This podcast has made me a much wiser viewer. Every time an episode ends I regret that it’s over. that regret is temporarily relieved while I listen to the podcast. Then the regret comes back when the podcast is over! But the regret is worth it. Thanks so much for all your insights from the three different perspectives. Looking forward to so many more years of survivor!
-
Kathy R-A.Love the insightsI look forward to the new episode of survivor every week and now I also look forward to the On Fire podcast. I love to hear the behind the scenes insights - about logistics, challenges, and how producers tell the story. One of the best things about survivor is that it gives positive vibes and it was great to hear Jeff confirm that it’s intentional!
-
breakdown medicineYou complete meI now don’t feel I’ve finished watching the actual Survivor episode until I’ve listened to the partner pod episode. It’s sooo fascinating to hear why the game has evolved the way it has, the philosophy behind the approach to the whole game as well as challenge design, and I love hearing from a past player to answer questions about the past season that I forgot I even had! You can’t ever stop making these as long as Survivor exists- which is hopefully forever. Thank you!
-
Scarlett076Can’t wait to hear!I’ve been watching Survivor since episode 1. It’s been a Wednesday night staple in my life forever. I was so excited for this podcast. I’ve learned so much over the last 4 seasons about the behind the scenes. Last night while watching this episode, I thought “I can’t wait to hear what Jeff, Rachel, and Jay have to say about this episode! Well done and keep ‘em coming!!
-
