Pie.122I like topics but the cussing is not professional. Sorry, not listening anymore
-
peacheshinteresting interviewsMy review is based on the first season. The story was alright, but the interviews with the experts in various subjects were especially interesting. However, I found the narrator’s voice extremely annoying, and I found the latter episodes very repetitive and boring.

tiffany2610Love this podThe first season was riveting and I have enjoyed how it has continued on. I wish there were a hundred more episodes for me

Just one more episode👌Goosebumps

Kornmom5First episode UghNo mention in the description but a disclaimer after the opening ads. Most of this podcast is a detailed account of a domestic violence and stalking. Not entertaining and not what was advertised. I’m not particularly sensitive to these topics but you don’t even get to the paranormal stuff until the last 5 minutes! Not the way to get my interest. Hard no.

JksidUPDATE - S1 was a great listenUpdated review: Season 1 smashed it out of the park, but season 2 has a drastically different vibe. I was really looking forward to hearing others’ stories, but the episodes feel like overhearing conversations about a scary-ish moment a person experienced heavily padded with unrelated banter. Each story is less well presented and more like chitchat at a slumber party to scare friends. Overall S2 is lacking the well explained experiences, research, and presentation of the real life tales. Some episodes honestly felt like complete filler with little substance. I guess I was hoping for more of the Danny Robbin’s story sharing vibe that S1 had. S2 feels more like a talk show. Unfortunately, I’m tapping out for now. Hopefully they get a S3 and refind the vibe that made S1 so successful. ***old review S1*** There was a perfect balance of both sides for believers and skeptics. Plus all the eye witnesses sharing their stories was amazing. Some of the research sharing parts were a little drawn out slowing the flow (mainly the cat episode for me) but the rest was great! Definitely gave me some serious jump scares 😅Excited to see what comes for season two!

333ParanormaThe best paranormal podcastLindsey’s production, delivery, & episodes are the best I’ve ever come across. I’m addicted to paranormal podcasts & have listened to the variety available. Lindsey allows her guests to speak with interruption. Season 1 had me mesmerized. Season 2 is absolutely fascinating. I especially loved the S2Ep Mary Jane & the Metaphysical 9/27/23. Please do more episodes with you Mom!

sgtjdgelinasThrillingI started listening after hearing the retelling on the Night Owl Podcast, first season was thrilling from start to finish, and season two has been different, but just as thrilling. Thank you for telling your story. Joe, from Tales, Trails and Taverns.

ZombiKat666The host never stops talkingI’m interested in hearing people’s experiences with the paranormal but the host never stops talking long enough for me to get invested. I try and FF through her blathering but it’s non stop. I can no longer subscribe. Please be there as the host, not someone who has to but in every other sentence. Learn from the other podcasters who let the people share their stories.

DoesydotesWonderful for the first few episodesAfter that, pretty meh.

Lmccoy2410What happened to Season 1?I’ve really been enjoying the podcast and was about halfway through the first season and now it’s gone?
-
BdblyChilling to the coreI started listening to this podcast after hearing Lindsey’s retelling on the Heart Starts Pounding Podcast. It’s so well done and seriously something right out of a horror film. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves to be spooked!
-
Sabado DomingoFantastic! This is such an incredible and scary story. Here is a story that has me putting away dedicated listening time so there are no interruptions. Thank you for sharing.
-
LoganfoolVery good!Want more please.
-
Whitney ZaharFascinating and empoweringI love Lindsay’s storytelling! I also love her willingness to explore other perspectives in understanding her haunting experiences. In spite of her trauma, Lindsay is not a victim. Each episode, while scary, still shows her positive spirit.
-
Two Hot PleasuresSo great! As a self proclaimed horror expert and enthusiast u have to say I’m so pleasantly surprised at how good this podcast is! The storytelling is engaging and well produced- it’s very hard to find a podcast of this type that is so well produced as well as having such good core content. I haven’t gotten bored or wanted to change to something different ten episodes straight - highly recommend!
-
Cynthia B. SellArtsBest Spooky Podcast Ever!!I love the way the episodes are constructed. No goofy conversations, just good, emotional storytelling. Music and sound effects aren’t overpowering. Perfectly done!
-
JoooohgtyAmazingThank you for sharing your story. I love the way you approached it so grounded. The visuals had me fearing laying down to sleep at night, even after not listening for hours. I am a paranormal investigator, and have experienced true evil once (for many months) and know that guttural feeling of fear. May god bless and protect you. Much love from Texas. Jeff

Fit GemParanormal Podcast GoldIt’s hard to find a good paranormal podcast. I like listening to haunted experiences and this was a mix of scary and intriguing. I liked the way the host transitions to guest speakers and the way guest define and explain paranormal meanings and theories. Following for more!

Ohiapo001Mahalo and Aloha !!!Thank you for a fun and scary visit to a place that seemed very dark and malevolent, and I’m amazed by the constant situations that occurred multiple times to various people over the years, that were the same for multiple different people over years and how the stairs and the basement have so much similar activity. All of the personality changes that happened to different people that lived in the house. I really enjoyed this podcast and I am impressed that you were able to do all of this yourself. Great production quality. Really fun and I LOVED the Jump scares!!! I had a few. It’s the first time that I’ve been able to forget my skepticism, and enjoy the idea that this may be one of the most real haunting that I’ve ever heard of. Thank you so much. Great Job!!! 🙏🤙🏽 Mahalo and Aloha from Kailua, Oahu, Hawaii PS I heard you on Jim Harold and immediately stopped and listened to your whole podcast, binge sty-lie!!! Couldn’t get enough. and loved every minute of it. Thank you again!!!
-
Clevefan55Could be better if...The actual telling of the haunting itself is intersting and worth hearing about. However , the podcast tends to get bogged down and darn right boring when the host constantly feels the need to go on long extended side issue explanations with psychology, paranormal religious experts.

Strangely confusedSo well done! You did such a fabulous job with presenting your story! Loved the interviews and research. Very interesting

ClashingKansasCan’t stop listeningSo creepy, it’s kept me a little on edge at night, but it is just absolutely amazing, I can’t stop (won’t stop) listening! Can’t wait for more!

little live unicornsFantasticI’ve listened to every paranormal podcast I can find & this is definitely the best! Love the thorough research & candid explanations. (& I LOVE the “F” word.) Cannot wait for season 2! Keep up the great work!
-
Raldo_GTMFrom Hero to ZeroLast season was phenomenal! The real accounts of what happened in that house was astonishing. The story was well told and kept my wanting more….until season two. Season two isn’t as good, too much chit chat about nothing. It was like I was ease dropping on their personal accounts and it was really about nothing. I’m sorry but I have several Paranormal podcasts that I listen to and I don’t have the time for this. In short, season one was great, two isn’t all that great.

JitterytooF bombs are fineThought I would give a bump to offset the 2 ⭐️ review for F bombs😂 I personally thought you showed great restraint. Looking forward to season 2!
-
DaniSnarkSo goodI just started listening today and I’m already on E9. It’s super creepy but I also love how Lindsay includes information from experts about her experiences. It’s creepy enough to make me jump when my husband tossed some mail next to me 😂
-
thisnickname is alreadyThis is bait & switch……This podcast is a christian conversation pod cast bait & switch. I wouldn’t be surprised if the only thing that true is that these girls where roommates. Conveniently there are no facts to be checked.🤨 this is religious grooming…..
-
DatDude6234Amazing podcast!!!Truly Chilling! Warning though this is easily one of the scariest real life Hauntings I have ever listened to! From a scale to 1 to 10 of how horrifying this is, I would put it at 10!!! If you get nightmares watching watered down badly written horror movies you might want to prepare yourself for this! You have been warned!
-
scifiguysAwesome!I loved the series and was excited to see you had a new episode. It did not disappoint, these stories were so interesting. I can’t wait for more!
-

RayzWayzSuch A Great Listen! This is definitely one of my favorite podcasts! Lindsey not only hosts this, but takes you on a journey through the life of her and her friends when they lived in a haunted house. Thank you for this, Lindsey and please pass on thanks to your husband and friends. I’ll be recommending this to all of the my friends and family.

Boortz119Really Intriguing StoryThe host is great at telling her story. Great listen when on a road trip. To the hosts- Maybe look into putting your story on YouTube so you guys could generate some income for sharing such personal experiences. Can’t wait for season 2!
-
stonemamaCompelling!Nicely done. It’s hard to not believe different people living in THE house at different times. I appreciate the specialists along with first-hand witnesses attesting to all the odd occurrences. Something strange is absolutely afoot. Someone needs to scientifically study that house n record the findings! Thanks for taking the time to share your experience!
-
ck06 keppyPhenomenal podcastSuch an amazing podcast!! So well done, so well researched!! I WANT MORE!! Sad that it is over!!🥺

CommanderVideoExcellent All AroundThe content, pacing, research, honesty, and overall presentation are top notch. You can feel the vibes. Thank you for sharing your story, and for doing it so well.
-
adrienne@111Scary good!I really enjoyed this, very well told! I got to tell you tho I debated several times if I should keep listening or not because.. well, weird things would happen everytime I listened to an episode and once after I took a nap I woke up to I swear what I thought was the demon she described in my face and y'all I don't scare easily and I am a seasoned witch so nothing bothers me (or surprises me) but glad I stuck it threw, worth it!
-
Jenna W79Creepy, scary… and amazing! This podcast is very well-done. If you are not yet a believer of otherworldly beings, you will be by the end of this series… if not sooner!
-
Maria Miller 7784Well written!Extremely well written and researched. I have begun my own research in the topics shown especially the white woman. Weird coincidence, but I just listened to the woman in white episode and was intrigued by the cultural ties. Well, I went to visit my Mom (who had no clue I was listening to this podcast prior to visiting her)who had a debilitating stroke on Sept 30. 2022 that left her weakened and walking with a walker. She said that she was walking down the hall and as she was walking a lady in white walked across the hall from one bedroom to another right in front of her. Unlike your lady with long black hair, she had long blonde hair. My mom said she was so scared she started crying. Woah. Weird coincidence?? Thank you for sharing your experiences!
-
jplatz413Great storytelling!Loved the way you crafted the telling of your story. Great guests and research. Looking forward to season 2.
-
easykhaleesiso scary and so good!highly recommend!
-
Ann from FlorissantSo similar!Thank you all for telling your story. Your research and personal experience was fascinating and terrifying. I hallucinated while living in my parent’s house for several years. What you described as the night hag seemed just like my hallucinations. I can remember being chases by her until I came to the edge of our basement. That looked like a door to a sunny pasture and I ran straight for it. My mom caught just before my plunge. God is good. I never had the hallucinations after we moved. And yes, the basement was oh so scary to me!
-
nick0197WowSuch amazing storytelling!! I binged it so faaast

Dd123456790Truly a chilling podcast!!I love this podcast and the way that it’s told is genius! The way others are brought on and the research done makes this experience so much more believable, and I absolutely love how scary it was! The music is wonderful and helps create a haunting ambience. It’s the perfect podcast… except for one thing. Podcast host Lindsey and demonologist Michael Saleno misconstrued Satanism and the beliefs surrounding it on more than one occasion. Much like (spoiler alert!) in the final episode with the spray painted Baphomet, she is right in saying that traditionally it was a symbol used by the Church of Satan, but it is also used by the Satanic Temple. Regardless, it is not an “evil sigil”. Another big thing that is glossed over is that Satanists do not believe in satan. Specifically, the Church of Satan follows an atheistic belief and the Satanic Temple states clearly in their FAQ when asked on their beliefs on satan: “ No, nor do we believe in the existence of Satan or the supernatural.” Like I said before this is a great podcast and I would have loved to give it 5/5, but spreading misinformation (even unintentionally) is actively damaging those who follow those beliefs and I wish more research had been done.

mikedonlleyLove! This podcast is one that I found through the podcast “Heart Starts Pounding” with a very similar feel this is a great podcast that I get wrapped in the story of.
