I’ve been following her for several years and have participated in her #eatmoreplants challenge the last two years. Desiree is so passionate about nutrition and breaks down all the scientific info into very understandable language without talking down to you. Can’t wait for more episodes to drop, I just know they’re going to be amazing!

    Love this podcast and love Desiree in general. I first discovered her when I got sling tv and stumbled upon her cooking show the Urban Vegetarian. I started following her on Instagram and quickly realized that she was the real deal. She offers nutritional information that is actually based on real science and delivers it in a way that everyone can understand. I can’t say enough good things.
