lovelyMeganYou’re not alone! While in the throes of early days postpartum I felt like no one else in the world experiences PPA like I did. I felt like I was alone in all I was feeling as a newly postpartum first time mother. I found the New Mama’s Podcast one day and started listening to it while my baby napped and even now a year later I still love it! It helped me to understand the ins and outs of postpartum depression and anxiety, and helped me feel less like a crazy person. Lina is a great host and I love how her guests range from experts on sleep, to real women sharing their own personal birth stories. Now when I turn it on I feel like I’m hearing from a friend! I highly recommend The New Mamas Podcast!

asianpeanutPositive vibes and calming adviceI love the New Mamas podcast because of the positive upbeat vibes. Lina is amazing and I could listen to her all day. She has a soothing voice and feels calming when interviewing guests. She drops so many gems about pregnancy and motherhood as a whole, it's like talking to an experienced mom friend. Love the tranparency and talking about things that often go unspoken.

Kimmyb1085It’s like listening to myselfI am soooo happy I finally found a mom podcast for new moms who are navigating this roller coaster together. I absolutely love the humility and compassion that exudes through Lena- I feel like I’m talking to myself! Being a first time mom who has focused on her career her entire life, it’s hard not to compare to the super moms out there. It can be lonely but her authenticity makes you feel so comforted. I look forward to catching up on the rest of the old episodes!!
-
Jen_ny3Best mommy podcast!Started listening to this podcast in my second trimester and it’s the absolute best! Literally listen to it in the car, while cooking or cleaning, everywhere. Feels so comforting and great topics with all the questions I felt like I had as a first time mom. It’s a must.

Rose RutgersHelpful, relatable, valuable!I found this podcast when my daughter was 12 weeks old (turns 2 tmrw). I moved to a new city with no friends or family. This podcast felt so relatable and like I was listening to friends chat, but with highly valuable and helpful content. I’m so glad this podcast was made and look forward to future episodes! Lina is so honest, raw, and real and you can tell she put so much thought into the guests, content, and NEW MAMAS (and papas).

reviewbyjackieYou are not alone! So often in new motherhood, especially in the midst of this pandemic, I have felt so isolated. This podcast is a constant reminder that I am not alone in any experience or feeling I have encountered in new motherhood. I find myself nodding along in agreement or responding back to the guests as if I were in the room, too. It feels like listening to friends chat honestly about the many joys and challenges of motherhood! Love it!
-

AmyxCCC*THE* podcast to listen to if you are a momLina is so authentic and amazing at story telling the real moments of motherhood. The first moments of coming home to setting boundaries with family to normalizing postpartum anxiety and/or depression. It has allowed me to feel that I’m not alone in what I am experiencing as a first time mom to a 4 month old. For the first few weeks I felt so alone. If you are pregnant and or recently had a baby please subscribe to this. You will find a friend in Lina throughout your journey.

Chef KibbyDads can learn, too!I found this show through listening to Megan Champion’s podcast, On the Hard Days. I loved the insights from your conversation and how much I am learning — as a husband and bio / foster / adoptive dad — on how I can support and encourage the women in my life. Thanks!

_parisienneA Labor of LoveWhat I love most about The New Mamas Podcast is that this isn’t your average, fall-in-line-with-everything-else podcast. It’s a real mom, navigating real topics in a safe, inviting and educational space. Lina (the host of the show) is not only engaging but incredibly passionate about nurturing this space for all moms. The New Mamas Podcast is a podcast I actually look forward to, and not just throw on to fill the time. Hands down, a well-put together, thoughtful, beautiful labor of love.
