You may have been able to tell from the ‘y’all’ that I’m southern. I’m from Greenville, South Carolina and I would definitely recommend that you travel there.

I’ve been following Stephen+Jess’s vlogs for the past few years and was so excited when they announced their podcast. It’s a true delight! Living in L.A. I have to drive a lot, so getting to listen to Stephen, Jess and Cleo talk about their travels has made sitting in traffic a whole lot more enjoyable. Whenever I tune in, it truly feels like I am traveling with friends.

I love this podcast!!!! I’ve watched the flying the nest YouTube channel for years and have seen every episode!! I am now just as addicted to the podcast! Also, my husband now gets the intro song stuck in his head and will walk about singing and humming it!! Lol. We also just got back from climbing Kilimanjaro and were trying to find songs to sing to pass the time.... the intro song was definitely one of them! So catchy!!! ❤️

I love this podcast just as much as watching their YouTube adventures! I feel like I’m listening to my friends and no matter what the topic is you guys make it interesting and hysterical. When Jess was talking about her random knowledge of port-a potties I looked into that podcast too..now I too know random things like how port-a potties work!

This is one of the funniest podcasts I’ve ever listened to and I think it’s crazy cause it’s a completely different side to Stephen and Jess than is seen in their videos! 11/10 would recommend!

I love FTN! I found them at the height of the pandemic in NYC and their YouTube channel has been a welcomed distraction to say the least. I started binging (from the beginning) your vlog early this year as a way to virtually travel. I’m up to year four and I’m loving it! You guys have grown so much in the quality of your content and now I’m listening to your podcast too! I really enjoy hearing your stories reminiscing on travel, especially since I’ve so recently watched the episodes I can think back on those vlogs. I feel like I’m sitting down with friends talking about our travels, two of my favorite things and both I haven’t been able to do in almost a year now. My favorite episodes so far have been the rating your favorite country and getting sick while traveling. But I also loved the one reflecting on all your travels with CHLEO (not Claire 😉). Listening to these brings back so many memories from our travels. Although we’ve only been to a few countries we have had some funny adventures. Like getting stuck in a bathroom in the middle of nowhere Brazil (without a cellphone) while my hubby was sound asleep on the bus that was about to take off! Or how my intolerance to gluten has made for some very difficult eating situations when you don’t speak the language. NO and GLUTEN are usually the first two words I learn in any language, lol. This has lead to some interesting, and somewhat comical, sick stories, like when I cried over gelato in Italy. I had stood in line at the gelateria that had just won “the best gelato in Italy” for about 20 min, hot and crowded and drooling over the luscious scoops sauntering past me in the hands of delighted customers. When it was finally my turn I asked questions about which would be best considering my situation and they turned me away due to cross contamination with the cones. THEY WOULD NOT SERVE ME! LOL, they take it very seriously in Italy which I do appreciate but I was soooo disappointed I literally cried! Thank you for continuing to put out travel related content so we can all enjoy something to look forward to and remind ourselves to reflect on the adventures we’ve been blessed to have, no matter how big or small.

I first discovered Stephen and Jess on their Flying the Nest YouTube channel when I was preparing for my first trip to Paris in 2016. Their videos are fun to watch and really well edited. But the thing that sticks out the most is that they are just such genuinely nice, joyful and authentic people. It’s really a pleasure to watch and listen to this loving couple, who are just so positive and grateful (even when things seem to go wrong). I love your videos on youtube but this first podcast was all over the place. I lasted about 15 minutes. You kept talking on top of each other and jess and claire were laughing so loud (and constantly) that It was difficult to hear something out of the conversation. I know it is your first one and I want it to be a constructive critic. I will try again for the second episode!

I’m so excited for the start of this podcast! I love Jess and Stephen’s videos so this extra look into their lives is wonderful. My only feedback after episode one is I hope these are more about travel stories! I’m sure there are so many things they can share about their world travels, so I hope there’s a good balance between personal life anecdotes and travel stories. Can’t wait for what’s to come!
