Fun and inspiring for midlife women!
I love this show and Sarah inspired me to create my own podcast which I launched with a fellow health coach in 2023. She even answered my DM back in 2022 when I had no idea where to start! I really enjoyed listening to the latest episode featuring Health with Hunter. I follow him on instagram and it was fun to hear his story first hand. I think Sarah’s message is powerful. It’s never too late to try new things, pursue dreams and take care of our health. We have to pivot in midlife if we want to age strong!

    Such a great podcast!
I absolutely love this podcast. As a mid-lifer, there is so much information out there and it can be hard to sift through it all, but Sarah talks to so many wonderful experts that provide such great information. She always asks the question I am thinking of as I am listening. The best part is that she takes the time to break down even the most complex information and provide a simplified version of how to use this knowledge to better our well being. She is so funny and relatable as well. I often stop and take notes for things I want to try or research further. Thank you Sarah!

    Topical and Relatable
I’m not a huge podcast listener, but I make the time to listen to new episodes of The Flexible Neurotic and have shared it with so many friends. Sarah’s honest and open conversational style makes you feel like you’ve been friends since college. Highly recommend!

Love Your Podcast with Pamela Salzman
Real and relatable! Love the easy-to-apply advice. What really stuck with me is that there are so many things women can do to improve their health and wellness in mid-life and beyond BUT you don’t have to or need to do everything. Find what works for you and fits into your lifestyle. You don’t have to be perfect. Doing anything is better than doing nothing at all. Focus on the process instead of the outcome!! Excited to listen to future episodes!

    Midlife Magic, Love this Podcast
Love the Flexible Neurotic Podcast. It inspired me to get up and do something in midlife. As a half empty nester, I was looking for my next thing. There are so many great midlife nuggets in every episode. This week Jennifer Fisher was on the podcast. As I was listening to them talk about everything midlife, I felt like I was on the couch talking to my girlfriends about all our concerns and life changes. A must listen 🩷.

    Fun Podcast for MidLife Women
I enjoy the platform Dr. Milken has created for midlife women to feel less alone, and less crazy. The guests are funny and interesting. However, most are “all in” on all the medical advancements to make women look and feel “more like themselves.“ I prefer a more European approach to aging gracefully for myself, but so enjoy knowing what is out there for us and learning more about it. Keep up the good work, building this community!

My mom’s bff; my future life coach
Confession: I’m in my late 20s. But Dr. Sarah’s podcast provides all of the content I need to prepare for what my life will look like in midlife, while allowing me to relate to my mom’s life now… with her signature hysterical Dr. Sarah style, I often feel like I’m listening to (my mom’s) bff talking, rather than a podcast… do yourself a favor and LISTEN!
