Developing a process for selling makes things so much easier. Listening to the podcast has allowed me to fashion a process that’s working for me. I especially like the advice of offering 3 different dates and times to have meetings. I’ll probably never set up my calendly link because of this tip!

There are a small handful of podcasts that I listen to regularly and keep in my “queue,” but Sales Maven is the only podcast that I actually wait for and pounce on every time there is a new episode! Nikki is incredibly thoughtful and helpful, with so many great tips, tricks, resources, etc. She also brings on high-level guests to expand the inspiration, education, and motivation. “Sales” for most people is uncomfortable at best, but Nikki has a way of making it just make sense, and even fun sometimes! I love that she teaches with a no-ick factor approach, and her simple to follow tips are easy to implement right away. I encourage every business owner I meet to listen to this podcast. I hope you’ll love it as much as I do!

Nikki is a true professional who provides fantastic insight! When listening to her podcast, I’m dialed in the entire time, hanging on her words and taking in all of her advice. Definitely give it a listen!

Nikki has a no nonsense approach and is not afraid to tell it like it is! She will say when an experience has rubbed her the wrong way, which is really helpful if you’ve ever approached someone like the examples. But even more importantly, she offers clear examples of how to better approach clients and respond in interactions. There is always something to take from the podcast and use later. The episodes are short enough to digest, but full of content with no fillers. Her year of questions has been great and I’m not looking forward to those not being a part of the podcast, but I’m sure there will be plenty of good info!

What I’ve observed about these calls is that Nikki recognizes the business challenges that may be hindering the sales process. I am very grateful for Nikki's content. It's been very helpful to me, not only in my small side hustle, but all over my life in general.
