The story of falling to the lowest of low, to the redemption of knowing Christ’s love and forgiveness was just absolutely amazing. What an inspiring person he is. Great stories about real life heros and their personal experiences. As a former soldier, this is great to hear, but it also exposes the problems military personnel experience in and out of the service. These stories aren’t all glory and look at me type stories, real people, very humble and Shawn does a great job of bringing the stories out. Love it. I am still at a low number in the shows but 100% addicted. Keep up highlighting the topics we need to hear. And thank you for your Patronage

While I was an Anti-terrorism Officer in Turkey we always had sidebar discussions on how individuals will get into the US. We all agreed it would be through southern border and that was in 05. These intel briefs and the individuals on your podcast shed light on a light of issues the US have little to no knowledge of. I am so thankful to have found this podcast. Sean, in this episode you mentioned difficulty understanding certain passages of the Bible. I fully agree with Lee and John’s answer, but I’ll add in some suggestions from my experience: get a study bible for the translation you want (NIV, NAS, ESV, etc). In it should be a verse-by-verse breakdown of what theologians think it means. These got me through the really tough passages. And per Lee’s suggestion, there are so many dedicated commentary books. The next thing: time. You’ll learn more with time. And, as I was told, the Bible says: “Jesus loves me, this I know”,once you understand that, there isn’t any ‘more advanced material.’ We just get to work on learning that better. Best of luck!

Shawn, I have recently been traveling for work and as such I’m on more airplanes than I’ve ever been. But having one of your podcasts to look forward to listen to has made my flights and 4hr drives after I land more palatable. I listen to mostly you and Mike Rowe because you both have two things on every show. 1. Interesting guests But those would be wasted without #2. Curious and intelligent questions. Great show except the misnamed “Temple Mount” is not the site of the ancient Temple. That was located in the City of David near or over the Gihan Spring. The “Temple Mount” was the site of the ancient Roman Fortress Antonia. They needed that much space to accommodate all the soldiers there. Josephuse wrote of a causeway that connected the fortress with the Temple.

Your guest list is the best is there anyway you could get Double Tap Phap on. I’ve heard some of his story and it is truly unbelievable

I’ve never been too into podcasts, but this one is awesome. I listen to it every day on my commute to work, during work, and whenever I’ve got downtime. Each episode has something anyone can take out of. Can’t wait to catch up, thank you for the great content.

The Arleigh Burke was coming from the area of the Cooper river where the Navel Weapons Station. I stumbled on this podcast on Easter Sunday April 20,2025 and it has totally changed my eternal destiny forever. I was a typical child raised a Southern Baptist in the Deep South. I knew the Bible, taught Sunday school for years and was counting on a profession of faith at 16 years old and baptism as my ticket to heaven. I knew and believed in the perfect Son of God,Jesus Christ who willingly died on a cross, was buried and was resurrected on the 3rd day to pay for my sins. But I never embraced Him into my heart or tried to know Him as a person. There was no personal relationship where I just talked with him and listened for His still, small voice. There was no change in the trajectory of my life that would have been evidence of a real heart change. Until I listened to episode 192 of Shawn’s podcast today. Now I’m 67 years old and praise God it wasn’t too late for me. HE LOVES ME. HE ALWAYS HAS AND HAS PATIENTLY WAITED ALL THESE YEARS FOR ME. Praise God for this podcast and these 3 men who have pointed me to THE WAY THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE. He is who my heart has been looking for. I can’t hardly wait to get to know my Lord, my Love, my Light and my everything.

Listened to today’s podcast with Lee Strbel & John Burke where they mentioned Shawn seeing 444’s might be his Guardian Angel letting him know he’s protected. Then tonight I get into my car to go to my Catholic Church for the Easter Vigil Mass & after I start the engine, I noticed the screen says 444 miles left until I need a fuel refill. 😳🙏🏻

Amazing show, even from the clips if you can’t watch the whole thing are wonderful. Original, you can tell he and his guests are not bought and paid for. Genuinely good guy, recommend to anyone wanting something unbiased.

This show took a wrong turn and got into politics instead of complaining about them. You can take the agent out of the psyop but I guess you can’t take the psyop out of the agent. Good luck Shawn.

God never intended for man to die, but since we turned away from God in the garden our judgment for sin was death; the world became so depraved overtime that he destroyed it with a flood saving Noah and his family; we get a second chance. But we cannot keep from committing sins, due to the old nature “original sin” from the garden and that is how you see the world today. So God promised not to bring a flood again so the only way he could save his children who he had given “free will” was to provide them a path. That is why Jesus had to die - so if we recognize and accept him as our savior we can join God in heaven. Gene Rindels - “Semper Fi”
