Bennett’s momTop-tier Nuggets contentGreat content, great insight. Lots of fun to listen to. Kind of wish this was on video so you also could share AAron’s terrific photos. … Cannot believe that Matt almost made Bennett miss his flight to Sacramento after the firings, though!
-
TranescendA Nug-tastic PodcastAlthough Doug Moe would probably call them “stiffs,” I think Matt, Bennett, and A Aron are some of the brightest stars in the Nugg Lyfe constellation. I have been a Nuggets fan since the late ‘80s and their insights help keep me informed and entertained from afar, as I live on Jeju Island, South Korea. I also like their gimmicks and takes on other teams around the league. Here’s hoping they continue to talk Nugs for eternity. And let’s have more Mike Singer visits!

connor11Denver Post foreverI think you guys do a great job. Happy to have this podcast in the Nuggets world - chillducey

Nuggets InkMy husband loves this podcastHi there, My husband Paul loves this podcast. I love it too, because each time he listens to an episode he’s even friskier than normal! I highly recommend the Nuggets Ink.
-
spinbackwards2024/25 sounding goodI’m writing this after coming down from Grateful Dead night. The fellas are off to a good set. Durando still doesn’t go out too far on his limb, throws softballs to Malone. But he jams on stats, throws down some insights. Matt is in the levity groove. A Aron? Whatever. The podcast is a high recommend for any Nugs fan.
-
Asrianf126Informative and a little entertainingGreat insight for everything Nuggets, and I get a handfull of laughs throughout the hour.
-
AMarsmanOutstandingBut…. You guys missed a dunk of the year candidate. MPJ’s lob to himself off the glass. Up until that point I hadn’t seen that in an NBA game.
-
PalmopherHow’s the smell today? 👃🏼Matt is gaslighting us into believing he’s not a 59 year old man! AAron has the best takes Bennett is a good replacement for Mike Mike is telling on himself 3.97 stars
-
Heisman HNuggets InkReally enjoy this podcast. I miss Singer, but Durando really knows the game. Kiz should stick to print. Schubert has potential.🙂
-
DuanebreezyGet your Nuggets info hereGreat podcast, gives you a more-relaxed, higher-level view of the team, its direction, strengths and concerns. Only gripe is Matt’s voice tends to lower or trail off and listeners will miss what he’s saying. So, little sound engineering help- and it’d be perfect.
-
Btown BillNice work on the pod!As a Nuggets fan from Indiana, I depend on this pod to get my info. The guys’ knowledge and humor are appreciated. I’ll even forgive the Big Ten disrespect in the last episode 😉
-
alexj_93New SeasonStill one of my favorite shows, even with the new guy Benny. He has some BIG shoes to fill but so far doing awesome! Great content and some good laughs. Also, can Northglenn High School Boys Basketball be your sponsor just so you don’t say “sponsored by no one. “ haha. We can only only pay $5/per month but it’s better than nothing and you can help promote our program! Let’s make it happen.

Nuggets Fan in JapanFamous in Japan!A really fantastic podcast, with great content, deep insights, and obviously knowledgeable and connected hosts. A Loveland native and lifelong Nuggets fan living in Tokyo, Japan, I listen to this show on my commute to and from work and I am always extremely excited to see the next episode show up on my phone. Great job, and keep the fantastic program going! Looking forward to hearing more about the Nuggets journey as they work on their way toward collecting their first NBA championship!

shampowwwwFinally found one!I’ve been looking for a Nuggets podcast since the Andre Miller days when you had to drag and drop them onto an iPhone. Not sure how I missed this for so long but finally found it and I love it. The guys have such great perspective and insider knowledge and I look forward to every episode. Only wish it came out more frequently. Great listen for any nuggets fan

Denver7756The very best Nuggets podcastMike Singer knows professional basketball. Denver is not his first spot as a beat reporter. As a true journalist from the Denver Post, he doesn’t preach as a “pretend” coach, like a lot of podcasters and cable commentators. He reports what he learns from his relationships with our team: player and coaches and his deep knowledge of the game. His insights provide the best analysis of games played and the most thoughtful perspectives on the challenges ahead for the Nuggets. In a Broncos’ town (why is that given the Avs and Nuggets?), Singer came here when the Nuggets had huge promise with Jokic. He will now enjoy his move here in the coming years as Jokic and team enjoy championship runs.

mom's driving, bros playingWitty, intelligent, entertaining…I spend 6 hours a night in the car & consume hours upon hours of podcast content. Matt and Mike are by far my favorite duo when it comes to Denver Nuggets coverage. Their chemistry, basketball acumen, and quick wit make this a must listen. My only quibble? Matt’s continual discussion & mockery of MPJ/Kyrie about the death-jabs. Enough already.
-
denver_Z_manGreat Nuggets CoverageHave been enjoying this Nuggets only podcast. Our Nuggets do not get nearly enough coverage both here in Denver and around the country so appreciate the guys hard work bringing us this Nuggets only content. So far my favorite pods were with AG and with Mahmoud Abdul Rauf. Keep up the good work. Also Singer try not to be too negative after every Nuggets loss.
-
Madness 970Great JobVery insightful, hope the Nuggets latest struggle will make them a better team. Also love the plug for HS basketball.
-
dhs94Humans under the jerseysLoving these interviews where we are discovering more about the players as human beings, beyond their performances on the court. Clear that Mike has a great relationship with the players. Keep it up! P.S. Honestly could take it or leave it when it comes to Matt. Replacement-level player. Not part of the core.
-
ThebikegangThe Nuggets show worth listening toThanks for bringing the substance and staying on point.
-
Rut Roh!I thought Matt was a 75 year old manThis show is really good. The guys are knowledgeable and funny. That said, based on his opinions and voice I thought Matt was a 75 year old man. Turns out the only thing about him that is that old is his hair line.
-
Zeb MoersMike A+, Matt ABest pod for nuggs fans out there. As Sean said on Twitter, Mike Singer does "some nice f'ing journalism" while Matt helps out by singing the intro/outro and making fun of Mikes home. All around great pod.
-
DadwhorulesBest Insight to the NuggetsI love that nuggets ink is a once a week (maybe?) pod. You get more of the bigger picture analysis and insight to the team from the best beat reporter around, Mike Singer. Witty and candid in their views, Mike and his host (and editor?) Matt Schubert break down where the nuggets are and where they are going. Once it’s dropped, it’s my first listen!
-
Twolves02A Slick Corner ThreeWhat I like best about Nuggets Ink (along with the pun in the title) is that Matt Schubert and Denver Post sportswriter Mike Singer, while they play all their homer cards skillfully, clearly love the game of basketball, especially as it is played at the NBA level. Yes, this is a Nuggets-centric enterprise, but both Matt and Mike know the game and want to share their affection for it and their reasons for that affection with listeners.
-
sistertofuMike Singer is the best !Fun to listen to even for a non sports junky… Funny and clever
-
Cameron Smith and Stephen MeekNeeds a new co-hostSinger is fantastic but his co-host in intolerable.
-
Veljko_22The one Nuggets pod I eagerly await every timeHey guys, I enjoy your podcast, for a few reasons: Obviously, M. Singer is a great source of real insights about the Nuggets. Furthermore, I just enjoy the energy of your discussions: nice tempo, expressive but not fake, polite and pleasant yet very lively. Feels like you are creating content for the audience in mind, not just for your benefit. Keep up with good work. Go Nuggets!
-
nicknamealreadytakenx10000Needs a new co-hostLove Singer, but Matt interrupting every single sentence makes it borderline unlistenable. Couldn’t even finish the latest episode.
-
Ryan184Sulk festI understand that Tim Connelly is a good guy who was great to the media, and had quite a bit of draft success. It’s too bad he got a ridiculous offer from Minnesota. The Nuggets media response to him leaving is absolutely cringe worthy. It’s easy to give away a piece of someone else’s business. So why don’t negative reviews show up?
-
MLewis 1234556$&(//Tim Connelly’s DepartureThis was an excellent Podcast. The depth and analysis was wonderful. The level of detachment needed to present other perspectives was very much appreciated.
-
QStikJoeFountain of knowledgeNuggets Ink is just the fix every diehard Denver Nuggets fan needs! Mellow Matt and Mighty Mike deliver their dry yet magnetic 1-2 punch of real news and deep backstory, covering the highs and lows of our beloved basketball team, with raw honesty and humor. This insightful podcast is a perfect compliment to the ink written about our hardwood heroes in the Denver Post, by these fine journalists. Highly recommended!
-
NugzBroadGreat podBig Honey energy.

chris 7$!?567!?This podcast is a dream(catcher)Come for the great Singer insights on the team and amusing back and forth with Matt, stay for Matt’s descriptions of Singer’s living room. 5/5
-
chris not from phillyThis podcast is:Smoother than a Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf crossover pull-up 3 Tighter than a 1985 pair of Alex English skyline shorts More comfortable than that Maroon blazer Doug Moe wore for like a decade Cooler than that lipstick kiss tattoo Kenyon Martin put on his neck. More stylish than Joe Wolf’s mullet. Chris English

grex11Go nuggetsAwesome job great insight love listening.
-
Espn app > tnt appInsightful podcast for nuggets fansMike does a great job of covering the team. He covers the team in a different way that DNVR or 104.3 the fan does as well and i enjoy his point of view from what he is hearing from the locker room. Nuggets fans should give it a listen.
-
Howard from DenverGreat Nuggets insightsMike Singer is the best writer around on all things Nuggets. His coverage is insightful and deep. The stories he has done on the human elements of Nuggets players and coaches are always meaningful and fun to read. This podcast gives us the opportunity to hear him do deeper dives on the team, which take him beyond the space limitations of his newspaper gig. I always enjoy listening to his take. And as a former Detroiter, I appreciate his Cleveland roots.
-
Matty8000Great podcast for Nuggets fans!Analysis and anecdotes from guys with lots of connections to the team and coaches. Mike Singer was a baritone in his high school's glee club, as he frequently brags about, so you've gotta love his voice.
-
Gogor89Very InformativeKeeps me up to date with everything Nuggets. Only complaints I have are the volume is a little low and episodes don’t come out often enough. Otherwise I love it. Keep at it guys.
-
JMoney1324Great Nuggs podcastMike is the most connected Nuggets reporter on the planet. This is always worth a listen and smells better than a Jokic headband on Friday morning. Matt is cool too. Don’t listen to the haters!
-
MidwoodyLove this show—-wish there were more!I’m always psyched when I see a new Nuggets Ink in my podcast list! Mike Singer is the journalist who is most connected to the Nuggets (players and organization) and always has inside scoop (as much as the Nuggets allow!). As a result, I follow him on Twitter and read his pieces in The DENVER POST. If there is information, Singer seems to be the first to have it. He is always allowed to be the first to ask questions at the post game pressers. Matt is the perfect host as he has a funny and comfortable relationship with Singer (he can give him s#%t) and their rapport makes the show as entertaining as it is informative. I live in Brooklyn, and as a die hard Nuggets fan (have watched all 80 games with my league pass) I’m always looking for nuggets info and material so my only wish is that they could make the show more often. I’d be happy with little 5 minute check ins daily with the bigger shows when they have time. Keep up the great work! -Jeremy Shamos Brooklyn, NY
-
B-radANuggets InkFavorite Nuggets podcast, Mike is locked in with the news and take an unbiased approach.
-
BlueBillionsGreat PodI really enjoyed listening to you guys and will continue. Mike Singer is great.
-
mhohensee24No T-Shirt NecessaryAlways like to get Mike Singer’s incite on the Nugs. Even if he’s a little salty that day. Beat reporters always have a good feel where the team is at mentally, and Singer convey’s that well in the pod. Matt has a good feel for the current hot topics, and keeps the flow of the conversation going.
-
danielwest3618Love the content!Thank you guys so much for this podcast. I feel like this podcast gives a completely different inside into the nuggets and at the same time complements the other nuggets podcast so well! Mike does a great job of keeping it very pragmatic while also having a smooth sounding voice hahah….size medium please!
-
abhi_k03Singer’s voice is greatListened to the most recent regarding Murray and MPJ’s return. Super informative, interesting, and overall incredible. Great work fellas.
-
wow1024Best place to listen NuggetsThis is hands down the best place to listen to news and updates on the 2009 Finals team that we all know and love, the Denver Nuggets. Don’t believe me? It’s on a shirt. That means it’s real.
-
Price303Singer NBA Beat writer of the year, per sourcesLucky to have such a great beat writer covering a Nuggets team & MVP that can go under the radar nationally and even locally (cough, Altitude) Different perspective from the other pre/post game pods out there. Speaking of the 2009 NBA Finals, best Nuggets chance at a title in my lifetime…they were better than the Lakers & Magic. Practice your inbounds plays!!
-
SleddingNuggetRequired listening for all Nuggets fansI will always pick this podcast over DNVR and LockedOn Nuggets.
