I’m a technician and Charles is very fun and engaging to listen to. He’s very thorough when answering listener questions and you and trust his information.

Decent show if you like German cars and have a working knowledge of engines. Pretty technical if you’re a new DYI mechanic.

Finally! I’ve looked long and hard for an automotive repair podcast that wasn’t aimed at complete noobs..(I’m just above noob status) Really good information here, especially if you’re a VW or Audi owner. Thanks Charles!

Great way to listen to my favorite show while i do work outside.

I really appreciate the way Charles expresses his thoughts on his podcasts. I think that any shop owner should make it a requirement for all of his technicians to listen to all of Charles podcasts. I feel like Charles is reading my mind and retelling my experiences at the dealership and the way I handled customers and fellow employees. Keep up the good work Charles, love you podcasts.

Hey Charles, been following you for awhile now. Great to see you've made your way to podcasts. I've been waiting for this day. Incredibly entertaining. I left the industry after 10 years but man I'll tell you, while there are some things I don't miss, I do miss working on VW's and the content you provide keeps me involved.
