Great!

The podcast has been great but I am fed up with Jerry. I can no longer follow the team or anything associated with it. I was named after a Dallas Cowboy (Pearson), have been a fan since I could breathe and have Cowboys everything in my house. It’s all going on eBay. I hope Jerry gets in a car wreck and ends up in a coma.

All Ed does is bag on the Cowboys. Can count on one hand how many positive things Ed says per episode.

I hate to say it but the podcast is far more entertaining when the Cowboys lose. I’ll always root for the Boys but this is the only bright side to losing.

Something untoward had happened to Ed and Matt. Sounds like they were hacked and somebody else hijacked the show. Unfortunately, I’m waiting several hours for this.

Matt please move the microphone away from your lips. All I can hear is you licking your lips and smacking while Ed is talking. Love the pod but this destroys the show.

Sports is supposed to be fun and entertaining but these 2 guys have gotten so negative and snarky that it’s taking all of the fun out of listening. It’s unbelievable the constant barrage of negativity on EVERY topic they cover. There are definite areas the team needs to improve, but this isn’t good insight, journalism, and certainly not entertainment. You may not care, but you just lost a loyal listener.

Wish you all were a bit more active in the off-season for your listeners. Maybe not every week but, twice a month maybe? I know there’s no games but, there’s always news to cover around this team. Also I was promised a free Doomsday T-shirt if I purchased some goodness steak seasoning and have heard nothing about it.

Always enjoy listening to Ed and Matt (and Stretch). Their review of Cowboys games is timely and insightful. They aren’t homers and aren’t afraid to offer honest opinions on the team with a sense of humor. Thanks and keep it up, gents!

This show delights in the misery of cowboys fans. They are not fans of the team, they are just trying to use the massive fan base to make money and they are condescending about it too, literally laughing at our misery.

So glad to hear you Mosely- miss your vibe/. Holy crap i have spinal cord injury but lower. C2 would have been devastating. Dare i say you leaned how spinal cord underrated. And all shout outs to Ed for carrying your water on the podcast- as he has been whole time- had to get joke in. Can you keep Stretch in a cocoon for the season. We need the Doomsday podcast. Good to great content. Get an audio engineer. I can hear mouth breathing, chewing, drinking water, etc. Awful sound.

Both reporters’ first priority seems to be focused on highlighting their access to players and team management...at times their self-congratulatory banter can be unbearable. However, they usually get thru most of it early on so if you just skip the first 5 minutes, they provide objective and very timely updates following games and major events.

What happen!? I use to look forward to each installment, but the lack of any substance has me looking else where for Cowboys related news. Werder as a resource, especially now that he’s back at ESPN, is going to waste!

For the best postgame Cowboys analysis this is the podcast. Both Matt & Ed are not afraid to be critical of the Cowboys after a loss or a bonehead Jerry move.

Guys, love your work but PLEASE have the courtesy to have a reliable phone line next time you feel you need to do an “emergency” podcast. Mosley was impossible to listen to. His voice was garbled and cut in and out.

Can either of these guys offer an objective opinion? Entire show is both of these megalomaniacs snarking like they know football better than people who actually work in the league.

As a former resident of DFW that hasn’t lived in Texas for a very long time, it was great to come across this podcast These guys do a great job and really fill a nostalgia bug for me - I absolutely adore Randy Galloway and old school Skip Bayless from my youth. These guys were interns back then ha ha. Mosley and Werder have great insights on the Dallas sports scene that you won’t hear on a national level. Wish they had their music intros from the Ben and Skin days.... they were amazing.

Being a cowboys fan, I like listening when they release the podcast. Most of the interviews show the insight that Matt and Ed have over the other reporters. Only downside is that the audio goes up and down during the conversations. It seems like they are interviewing outside and the microphone is passing around between the speakers.

Excellent podcast gentlemen. I especially enjoyed your recent episode with Mr. Aikman. If you’re a member of Cowboys Nation, you should give it a listen.

I sure have missed Ed on nat’l broadcasts… But to be honest I don’t watch that network much anymore since they got rid of most of their talent. I really enjoyed this pairing y’all are doing great and I’m a fan! Dan in LA (not Los Angeles or northern Alabama ha ha)

Honesty and integrity clearly don’t mean to much for Mr Ed Werder who has decided to defend the inappropriate actions of a Boston reporter who reported false news. Journalism is based on those two things sir.

If you’re looking for a show heavy on hindsight and entertaining (but not always Cowboy related) interviews, this show has it. If you’re looking for outlooks, accurate statements and insights into what the team may do, look elsewhere. If you’re not a fan of Jerry Jones, tune in. You can hear the duo blast him for not doing enough to upgrade the pass rush in the off season and then lambast him for not having adequate back-ups at positions everyone could see were problematic at running back, tackle and linebacker after the season.

I thoroughly enjoy listening to Mosley and Werder on The Doomsday Podcast. I wish them continued success in their endeavor. I would encourage others to be part of the listening audience. You will not be disappointed. They continue to tell it like it is.

Great Cowboy insight and interviews like Brett Favre!

A fan from back in the GaC days. With Werner, the show does give some valuable insight, but I get frustrated with the amount of sarcasm that is dripping from every. single. topic. Mosely is a funny guy, but the wry sarcasm is laid on a bit thick for a lengthy podcast such as this, and loses its charm pretty quickly. There's no shortage of sports podcasts out there, so it's tough for me to dedicate my time to Doomsday.

Matt Mosley seems fine. Good follow on twitter funny and informative. But Ed Werder is the thinnest skinned reporter to every cover the Cowboys. He refuses to talk with or interact with the people who follow him. His holier then thou attitude is that he's always right. If you disagree he'll probably insinuate that you're uneducated and don't have all the facts. If you ask what those facts are he'll say he knows but won't divulge. You're a reporter it's your job to educate but he'd rather just block you like he does to almost every rabid cowboys fan on twitter. He is a great writer with good insight but I can see why he doesn't have a job anymore at ESPN I can imagine that personality and ego where thin after a while. Just like Jerry Jones told him "don't put words in my mouth you have a tendency to do that". He tells his side of the story only and views anything else as wrong or morally reprehensible .

Really enjoyed Galloway, consumed DFW news for years growing up. Great to get the latest news even when I'm overseas, I don't miss an episode. Mosley is hilarious.

Truely knowledgeable people and giving great reporting. True professionals and really appreciate the commentary and cohesion.

If there is one episode longtime DFW radio fans should listen to, it's the Randy Galloway episode on 6/5/2017. Then, feel free to listen to past and future podcasts. Ed Werder provides the award-Winning NFL analysis, while Matt Mosley brings his persona of mixing NFL tidbits with biting satire. Looking forward to hearing their OverReaction to Cowboys games in 2017 and beyond. Well done, gents!

Good content Good humor

I love the Cowboys, but this podcast has about 5 or 6 minutes worth of real content, and aobut 50 minutes of pointless banter. Neither of these guys are interesting enough for me to care to hear them talk about whatever is on their mind.

Podcast have basically replaced tv for me & Doomsday Podcast is keeper. Both Ed & Matt are funny, great energy together and informative. Big fan. Thanks
