I didn’t start watching This Is Us until last week. Since I’m so far behind the world, I went looking for podcasts since my friends already know all plot points. Kei & Clyde bring amazing insight to the podcast. I love their insights as individuals and as a couple. I also really appreciate the info and expertise Kei especially brings from the TV industry. Wonderful podcast! Can’t wait to listen to more!

I did not discover this podcast until after watching the last episode of This is Us. I was having withdrawals from the show and I needed more. This podcast is amazing. I just went back and listen to the entire podcast and rewatched the show along side the podcast. All I can say is thank you. I wish I would have discovered the podcast years ago.

Love the podcast and love getting the opportunity to experience the episodes again after watching. I appreciate hearing the different perspectives and feeling like I’m part of the convo even when not watching live! The beauty of such a rich, complex show is the breadth and depth of the conversations. Thank you Kei and Clyde!

I didn’t discover this podcast until early season 5. But I’ve been rewatching from the beginning and listening to old pods after each one. Love it. During this final season I’ve been trying to listen live whenever possible and really enjoy the insights offered by Kei and Clyde, and the way they draw listeners in and respond to comments and questions.

Love diving into this show with others each week. I enjoy getting both the hosts and other listeners insights. Kei and Clyde are insightful and great at making the listeners feel a part of the show. I try to listen live but the time difference is a killer.

I can’t believe I just found this podcast! I guess better late than never. At least I have plenty of hours to hear other’s perspectives about my favorite show. I really love hearing both of your opinions and how sometimes you disagree and somehow I can see and agree with both of you 😆 Excited to possibly join the live chats next week!

Long time listener first time commenting. I just want to say how much I love your podcast. This is such an emotional show and being able to pick up the nuances and discuss the big topics the show covers is so important and appreciated. Also, I don’t think I’ve ever looked up writers and tour appreciation for the writers and knowing their styles and humor has opened my eyes to something that previously I hadn’t paid attention to. Well done!

Long-time This is Us fan, 1st time listener to the pod. I listened to the episodes about Birth Mother and Memphis, 2 of the best episodes of TV ever made, down to the last detail. I especially appreciate how Kei and Clyde recognize all the behind-the-scenes talent and guest stars because it’s that collection of strong talent that makes for some breathtaking television. I also love how Kei and Clyde relate to each other. They seem like a sweet, fun couple!

Who are all these people Kei and Clyde are always reading comments from and how can other people chime in? They are the ones providing content for this podcast, not K&C. Reading other people’s comments from a message board is fine, but for the entire episode? I can scan a message board myself. Kei, you have a wonderful voice, but you tend you speed up and stumble when you’re reading from something as opposed to just conversing, so when you only read people’s comments, it’s hard to keep up with you. Often times Clyde will say something intriguing and Kei just says “yeah” and moves on. So I guess I just don’t really understand the objective of this podcast. If it truly is just to vocalize a message board, then it’s just not for me and that’s okay. I don’t mean this in a mean or degrading way. I hope it can be taken as constructive criticism to help these two improve. I was listening to the AfterBuzz TV podcast for TIU and the panelists spoke about Kate and Rebecca’s relationship being both motherly and sisterly. Neither of them have sisters, Rebecca isn’t close to her mom. I am the same. Both my mom and I grew up with only one brother. My mom is my best friend and we argue and love just like sisters, but I look up to her and value her motherly advice and wisdom. These are the kinds of revelations I don’t get from this podcast and want to get so badly.

I’ve listened to a couple different podcasts for This is Us, that doesn’t handle opposing views as well as I would hope. Kei and Clyde do a great job of commenting on each episode, with great consideration for other opinions without attacking other people’s thoughts on the episodes. Especially with the discussion of Beth’s career as a dance teacher, I personally feel better knowing these two and others look at it from a different perspective and understanding, and support this career field and don’t just see it as a hobby. I’m a dance teacher and when others are referring or treating it as a hobby, it makes me feel invalidated, and I’m glad these two can support that. I will continue to listen to these episodes as we go into Season 4 in the Fall!

I have listened to other This is Us podcasts, but this one takes the cake. Kei and Clyde do such an amazing job with covering what happened in the episode for the week and their thoughts and feelings towards it. I also love how they interact with other listeners and get every else’s input! Thanks for the podcast Kei and Clyde, it’s perfect for my boring work mornings.

Kei and Clyde are the best! They give an honest, intelligent analysis of each episode, sharing just enough relevant personal insights that make what they say interesting. They do not cut each other off when speaking, but respectfully listen to each other with humor. They are not pretentious, or over intellectualize like some of the other podcasts about this show. You can feel they are genuine, similar to the characters in the show. They nail it every time. Their podcast has been a great form of entertainment.

How many 5 star ratings can I give? There aren’t enough stars! I love listening to Kei and Clyde each week as they discuss my favorite current show. They make us feel as though they are sitting on the couch with us, watching the show. Their analysis, their banter, their interaction with the This Is Us community is everything you could want. I have never met them (and unfortunately probably won’t ever be able to), but listening to them each week feels as though we are friends. Can’t say enough good things!

Have been listening since I found the show about 9 months ago. Kei & Clyde have such great insights. They have made me laugh and cry just like the show. I feel like I am part of the conversation and find myself talking out loud to them as I am listening.(look’incrazy) Love this podcast! It has become part of my “this is us” experience every week. This Podcast is a required companion to This is Us. I can't wait to listen to it once I've seen the show so I can hear how Kei and Clyde break it down. The fact that they are a married couple themselves makes the dynamic interesting, but it doesn't play a huge role. They both have great voices and I appreciate that this is a reliable podcast and comes out on schedule and follows a standard format. Finally, they do a great job building a fan community. Kei and Clyde are much better than Afterbuzz or the NBC Aftershow in my opinion!

Just found this Podcast after missing what has become my favorite show This is Us. They give a rundown of the episode and then the magic starts! Kei and Clyde give some of the best insights and things that I didn’t even pick up after the 100th rewatch, they really have a wonderful chemistry and even when Clyde is 007ing around the globe (In my mind he is a spy) Corp Management training? Suuure. If you love This is Us and love to laugh? This is the podcast for you!

I listen to a lot of podcasts of many shows I really like. This one is by far my favorite. I find myself waiting for Kei and Clyde to discuss my favorite show because they do a wonderful job of summarizing the weekly show. Don’t know what I would do if this Podcast stopped because I don’t enjoy any others like this one. Keep up the great work. Billie

This is Us is my new favorite show, but there is a dearth of podcasts of it, unlike other highly watched shows like Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead. I feel lucky though to have found your podcast where you recap this wonderful show and give such meaningful insights. Keep up the great work!

I’m so happy I stumbled upon Kei & Clyde, I’m always excited to listen in each week and hear their take on the episode. It feels like a little community that you become a part of. These guys have a great dynamic & have some really funny banter back and forth. I love hearing the news they have on the cast each week, along with discussing fan theories. I just found “Gilmored” on 10/20, and thanks to that podcast, I found this wonderful podcast, too!! I love it. I’ve listened to a couple of other TIU podcasts, but this one is so intelligent, insightful, and funny; it has quickly become my favorite. I agree that this show is too hard to binge watch, but I will certainly be binge-listening to this and enjoying it.

I am just now binging This Is Us. I don't/do recommend binging the show, as every episode brings me to tears. It's rough. That said, I was looking for a podcast to hear others' take on this fantastic show. I chose this one since it only has 5 star review. Which it deserves. I love the brief recaps and then the in depth observations. Well done!!
