Host argued with guest most of show
Wow I listen to podcasts with guests all the time. This one really bothered me. He asks for her story then argued and said she was confusing it when he really did it S he explained how she didn’t think like him. I was interested in the thyroid topic but I just got upset by the host self righteousness. The guest is not there to bring the host glory! But to talk about in settled science. If he needs praise find a different platform and he totally owes his guest a bunch of apologies. By the way I have never roper been negative in my comments and never given less than 5 stars. He probably thinks it is my fault some undiagnosed neuro issue- and not his fault. . I listened to more than I should have hoping he would turn it around. But he dig a deeper hole for himself and monopolized the conversation more and more. I am done with him.

    Enlightening, eye opening, and inspiring!
To say I learn so much from this podcast feels like such an understatement. It seems like every episode triggers a lightbulb moment, and makes me feel more empowered to make positive lifestyle choices. Thank you so much for sharing so much valuable knowledge!

    Terrific Thyroid Info!
This podcast explains SO many reasons why your thyroid may not be operating optimally. The info you get here you likely won’t hear anywhere else - and it’s fascinating. The 6 Lab Patterns of Cellular Hypothyroidism is priceless. I’ve received explanations as to why my labs look like they do and why my thyroid isn’t optimal….yet. Currently working with Dr. Balcavage and I have no doubt I’ll be optimal without any meds very soon. Highly recommend this podcast!

    Best thyroid podcast available!
Dr. Eric is a genius. This is one of the most informative podcasts I’ve ever found. I’m obsessed and listen to almost every episode. I’ve also read over 20 books on thyroid health and Dr. Eric’s book The Thyroid Debacle was by far the best. I’ve made huge strides in my health thanks to his work!

    Episode with Tara Quintanar
Excellent content.. The conversation around being over prescribed and over medicated is my favorite subject of your discussions. Whether is sex hormones or thyroid hormones.. it is not the fix!

    Need more structure
I am a scientist and i understand is important to know mechanisms however this podcast do no have structure. Doctor should not contradict himself and go around a topic so much. I have been listening for a couple of months and i find that he rants around something and never get an answer. Need more tangible recommendations for general audience . Also you need to let your guess talk. Sometimes i feel is just a monologue. Finally do not give opinion on woman health ( HRT) if you are not an expert on that topic.

    Let your guests speak
The information can be really great. But, it feels like you are trying to outsmart each of your guests and you end up talking more and explaining more than they do. Don’t interview a guest if you want to discuss a subject.

Well-made, highly researched up-to-date info on thyroid health
Recently diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. I’ve been binging on this podcast for a few weeks. I have learned so incredibly much in this short time. Everything is explained thoroughly and to the point. They take the time to explain things in lay-man terms but this does not mean they’re skimping on details. I also appreciate the way the podcasts flows: no interrupting each other, they stay on topic, they don’t go off on personal-belief tangents but instead speak from their experiences. They’ve had a great variety of guests with specialties that tie-in to thyroid health in ways you might not think. I don’t usually write reviews… actually I never write reviews lol but I have to give credit where credit is due as I have gained so much from Dr. Eric and Dr. Erica and their guests.

Love this pod but it needs time stamps
Please for the love of God. This podcast is phenomenal and you have the best doctors on. You are my top thyroid podcast but the fact you don’t have time stamps for your audience is really frustrating. It would be helpful for folks who are busy and obsessively trying to find answers about CERTAIN issues. I love that you write the show notes and topics and questions but it would help your audience if you put time stamps. Please !! Thank you

My jaw dropped about 10 times...
As someone who exercises frequently and just can’t seem to figure out why I’m stuck, my jaw dropped about 10 times during the first episode I listened to, which happened to be on exercise. I can’t wait to dive in deeper on episodes.

    Great podcast for Thyroid Problems!
I've learned so much from these podcasts about hypothyroidism and Hashimotos. Because of this and Dr Isabella Wenz I've started on a new road to getting my health back under the care of a Integrative Medicine doctor.

    Hyperthyroid not covered
I like the informative interviews but still waiting for you to cover Graves and Hyperthyroid. Seems like you never mention this side of things. I’ll wait patiently a bit longer and see if you can get cover this topic. Thanks!

    Definitely worth listening too!!
This podcast is direct and is very informational. A podcast on the thyroid might seem like a specific topic, but when you see how much of an impact the thyroid has on every aspect of your life it becomes more like an all encompassing podcast. I have learned so much from just the few that I have listened to!

Listen if you truly want to learn how to correct thyroid issues
I’m so grateful for the info these doctors dish out! The Thyroid can be affected by SO many different mechanisms, and by listening, one can get a TRUE path to dismantling their own health issues &/or gain insights they may have missed in helping others - its a complex topic for sure but I respect these doctors greatly for not withholding the insights - great content & highly recommend!!
