It took 8 episodes to basically say nothing!!! I liked the discussions about life on Mars but I thought that everything would build up to something. It’s like it needed more, it ended at the most exciting and interesting moment. What a let down! Listener be warned.

I really wanted to like this. Instead, it was like listening to a couple hours of NPR interviews. The “voice acting”, apart from a few vague accents was nonexistent. The story line never really became engaging and the climax (“the disaster”) was entirely predictable as the same storyline has been used in a number of other Sci-Fi stories. After investing some time in the first few episodes I persevered to the end in hopes things would improve. To save others the effort, know they do not.

The mystery was interesting, but I didn’t really care about it until the last two episodes. The reason I listened to this podcast was the realistic thoughts of life on Mars. I learned a lot. I wish the show had more been longer and focused on more of the daily life. Still, I really enjoyed this production.

This podcast begins in the future where we have gone to Mars to colonize it, but diaster stuck. You get to hear interviews with the colonists about what happened and what went wrong. Piecing together an incredible story. I highly reccommend this podcast.

I'm not completely done with season 1. I have one more episode to go. But this has been an amazing listen. It's my first audio drama, recommended by some members of the Podcasts We Listen To facebook page. I am so enjoying the story and characters. I try to piece together the characters and who knew who, who did what, and really - what happened. It's Sci-Fi without being too Sci-Fi. As a huge fan of science fiction and documentaries, this show hit everything I like. Realistic interviews set up an intriguing mystery and I can't wait to hear how this story unfolds!

Started listening this show after hearing about it on podcast movement and was very pleasantly impressed by not just the story but the amazing voice acting. Please don't stop making the episodes because you are for sure in my podcast rotation and I will be caught up in no time.

I'm hooked. I was recommended this Podcast in the Podcasts We Listen To Facebook group and oh lord am I glad I listened! Im not a huge fan of dramas but I'm a tremendous sci-fi geek. This show doesn't disappoint! It's the BEST audio drama that I've heard. The quality is amazing. I'm anxiously awaiting the next season.

I loved this podcast! If you're the kind of person that likes piecing things together over time, this is your podcast. I loved the reoccurring reporter roles as they work through many different perspectives from the colony. Don't hesitate on this download! Rest assured that it's professionally done and there are only quality performances all around!

I really like how the creators mix real technology and concepts in this dramatic story line. The characters are realistic, with all their flaws, concerns and dreams. The various interviews with scientists, astronauts, engineers and other crew members are touching and make you think about how life on Mars could be. The fictional storyline is spread out between the crew members that returned to Earth and the crew that remained on the Mars Colony.

Found Mars 2060 completely by accident, and it is amazing. Really enjoy the format, story and performances. Very much looking forward to more.

Brilliantly written and performed, this podcast is a reminder of some of the great radio shows like Mercury Theatre with O. Wells and company. The premise is captivating and draws the listener in very quickly. The detail is amazing and from the beginning one really cares about the characters and what is going to happen to the colony. We know that some came home so the question is why? I cannot wait to hear the next episode and I wish that I had the strength to "hold off" for a week or two so I could just binge listen -- not going to happen!

I love podcasts and listen to about 3 per day but this is my first fictional one. The storytelling is great and I find myself thinking about the plot during the week between episodes.

This podcast quietly gets under your skin. It seduces you with it's plausible near future account of- Yes, we went to Mars and then, the unthinkable. Sci-fi and mystery fans will spark to this deeply human, yet awesomely alien story.

With all the interest in Mars this podcast is super timely. National Geographics last issue is all Mars, so it is great to have these episodes to listen to with all the scientific research from the sceince world.

Get in on this one before it blows up to say you "remember it when"... Audio quality is such a barrier to entry for me and new podcasts. It's literally the difference between a listen and an ignore. I've shut off some podcasts within the first five words because they just sounded bad. When it's an audio only show, it better have great audio! And Mars 2060 just nails it. Beautifully. Right out the gate. The production is so incredibly well crafted. It's a joy to listen to. There is a seriously cool story brewing here and I can't wait to see where it goes. This is the Sci-Fi version of your favorite "Serial"-esque podcasts. It's incredibly smart and snappy. Love it. Can't wait for Episode Two
