If you’re a Customer Success professional or involved in SaaS in some capacity, you should be listening to this. My only complaint is the 6+ minutes of ad content at the beginning and end. This feels like just wasted minutes I always skip. And intro and outro is fine, but I’d much prefer short, 30-70 second breaks during the podcast itself.
