    Good content, bad audio
Great content and guests, especially the Q&A episodes. But as others have said, the audio quality is so jerky and bad it’s distracting - you need to change whatever editing software you’re using.

    Audio Editing is awful
I used to listen to this podcast all of the time but whatever tool they’re using to automatically remove filler words (at least it seems like that’s what’s happening) makes listening feel so awkward that I can’t handle it anymore. Every sentence feels like it gets cut off halfway through. Please stop so I can get back to listening.

    Get to the point
Literally said the same thing for the first 8 minutes about net new customers. He’s speaking on increasing top line revenue and if I’m a buyer listening to this guy sell, I’d interrupt and end the call. Snooze fest.

    More Product Content Please
I appreciate the content and have been learning a lot from the interviews and perspectives shared. It would be great to hear more Product, Marketing, and Support interviews. The show over-indexes on the CRO/Sales side currently.

    Good content, poor audio quality
The content is good and the speakers are interesting. But for a podcast of this caliber, the audio quality of the guests is very poor, which makes it sometimes impossible to understand anything.

Why does the host sound like he’s recording on a potato? Otherwise neat concept.

    Great insights
Very useful and great podcast. The host has the show flow well and I always get some useful takeaways.
  • JeffN99
    content rich
Each podcast is packed with insights I do not get anywhere else. The podcast format introduces interactivity in a way that business books simply cannot. The length and editing are well done, and the guests - the real focus - are outstanding.

    Great Show
Great show with lots of valuable information and fantastic guests. If you’re a Customer Success professional or involved in SaaS in some capacity, you should be listening to this. My only complaint is the 6+ minutes of ad content at the beginning and end. This feels like just wasted minutes I always skip. And intro and outro is fine, but I’d much prefer short, 30-70 second breaks during the podcast itself.
  • Jason Singer,
    Best business podcast out there
In 20 minutes you will get more information than any book, article, or class regarding sales, marketing, and product. Super smart people. Great questions. Tight editing. Breathe Harry, breaaaaathe.
