    Mastermind in your ears!
Love Dana and how she is a friend but also a business role model at the same time. As moms who are business-minded, sometimes it is hard to find like-minded women to chat with. This podcast is the answer for that. Not only does she give great advice and awesome peaks behind the scenes but she also brings great guests on. It’s so good!

    Pushy or purposeful! Loved this!
I really appreciated your episode with Cathy Heller it was so relatable. Who doesn't ask themselves at some point “am I being pushy or purposeful?” It was a great listen.

Reflect + recharge after every episode
Sometimes a podcast comes along that just makes you feel SEEN- as a mother, as an entrepreneur, as someone committed to “doing the work” on themselves. The topics are intentional and well rounded hitting on everything from business growth to growing your children up (both in ways that honor your values.) Love all the amazing women I’ve been introduced to through the show and now follow on Instagram.

    TBH, Amazing!
I know first hand that building a business and a family at the same time is not light work! I wish I found this podcast sooner because as soon as I did, I listened to three episodes and was hooked. Full of actionable advice and delivered in such a relatable way, this podcast is definitely for you if you want to get inspired and be reminded that moms are amazing and we can build it ALL!

    Life changing!
I love this podcast. I started listening a few years ago when all I had was the dream of starting my own business to support my family of 5. Boss Mom and then The Nurture To Convert Society completely changed my life, gave me the confidence and tools to leave my ER nursing job, let my husband quit his marketing job to stay at home with our 3 littles, and provide for my family with my business, on my terms, doing what I love! I’m so grateful for Dana and everything she does for mamas!

Always what I need to hear!
I love how Dana discusses her real-life business struggles and then how she learned from them. That’s the name of the game, right?! She gives such great tips and insight on being a successful and profitable business owner. Even more so, she provides the encouragement and support moms need to learn how to be present with our families while also growing thriving businesses!

    A definite clean time
Such a rich time when Krista Lockwood shares about decluttering! I always come away with salient insights plus encouragement to implement her strategies 😁 Thanks for having her on again, Dana 💕

Where was this podcast when I was a young mom?
I stumbled upon this podcast recently and binged on several episodes- while my kids are a bit older, I still gleaned so much wisdom from tuning in. Running a business and leading a family is no joke. If you have a desire to do it well, listen to this podcast for the encouragement and inspiration that you need 💛

I love all of Dana’s episodes. I am not even a mom but it is still a very inspiring podcast that all women should listen to! Thanks for always sharing your authentic stories, Dana!

    Love this Podcast!
As a mom an entrepreneur myself, I find it so important to surround myself with like-minded women who believe that you do not have to sacrifice one for the other. I love hearing the stories and insights from all the other boss-moms interviewed on this show - I’m learning so much! Dana does such an incredible job choosing high value guests and really bringing true value to each episode. I can tell she really cares about her listeners ❤️.

    I heart Dana’s face
I found Dana at a point in my business when I was feeling uninspired and lonely. I thought I was the only mom trying to run a business via a Facebook group. Turns out I’m not, Dana’s group is home to tens of thousands of moms like me. Her nurture to convert society content is the solid foundation my business needs so I can be a mom AND entrepreneur with simplicity and impact. It’s been so helpful on the strategy side but also I’m not lonely in this Boss mom life any more.

    Incredible!!!
I recommended this incredible podcast to my mom after cruising through to find something that would help her start making some income consistently on the side, while dealing with her own crazy mom work life schedule. She can’t stop raving about it and is now starting to build that side income, freeing up more of her time to do the things that make her happy.

    AMAZING CONTENT!
I absolutely love Dana’s work and her podcast. She’s super easy to connect with and learn from because her approach is so practical yet so different from what the norm is doing. There is so much valuable information to be learned in this podcast - I’m in her paid membership and she way over-delivers there too. There are a lot of podcasters out there that don’t really teach you anything - that’s not Dana! I learn something from every episode and really appreciate her unique approach to marketing. I only wish I had found her sooner!

Dana’s style IS my style. If you want to learn from a mom and business owner who has faced all the hurdles and knows all the things about mom and business life - this podcast has it. Nurture your Convert Society has it too! Love it.

    I totally support her beliefs
I congratulate her for deleting black lives posts. They are WRONG because ALL LIVES matter and even more that’s not important when it comes to business. We’re ALL EQUAL no ones better then the other. These black women who are getting all mad need a reality check. What’s this country coming to

Out of Date Info-Out of touch Brand Message
Dana’s info is solely for one type of Mompreneur.... on that started a decade ago and uses out of date spammy Marketing. Also her brand messaging showed how exclusive she sees herself when she called BLM a “political” issue and proceeded to alienate any ethical inclusive Business owners or “Boss Moms” who value diversity. There are so many better people to get your marketing/business advice from, advice that will actually help you succeed in 2020 and not thrash your brand like Dana has.

    Pure Motivation. Amazing. Relatable.
I’ve been listening to Dana for a few months now. I went back and listened to every episode. She shares extremely practical steps that work. Her guests are inspirational and innovative... these are non toxic people who are moving fast in the entrepreneurial space and a group that I’m proud to be involved in! Listen and grow. Thank you Dana!

    Avatar
Dana offers limited advice to a particular client avatar and silences and ignores the very real business and personal concerns of women who do not fit that avatar. She will have so much to offer in the future after she does a little of her own work and can appropriately advocate for cultural competency in business and the world.
  • missss_c
Worldview is too limited to be an effective coach in 2020
I think this podcast is practical for those who need a simple tip or two to be more efficient as moms in business. Dana has made it very clear that she caters to a particular audience. She takes a neutral stance and silences those who stand for equality, anti-racism and removing barriers for minority business owners unless it fits her narrow confines and insistence on control of how and when minority business women’s voices are heard. I had to leave her Boss Moms Facebook group for this reason and will go elsewhere for more in-depth podcast conversations that will truly help my business. There are so many other podcasts for women that are willing to collaborate with and listen to the concerns of ALL women in business.

BROWN AND BLACK GIRLS STAY AWAY !
Unable to establish her place as a leader in the brown and black community .. sweeps issues under the rug and is not supportive in addressing issues affecting US ✊🏾 Watch it !
  • RebeccaTucci
Not the place for those concerned with social justice
Dana has a very difficult time accepting that the current state of affairs in our country that is effecting black people is not political. It is a human rights issue. There is a huge difference between not allowing political posts in a group and not allowing female entrepreneurs to have conversations about the importance of supporting BIPOC. It is not a “belief system.” Deleting posts and turning off comments just further silences black people - something that has been happening for far too long. If you want to proclaim yourself as a leader, you need to lean into the discomfort you have, Dana, check your privilege, and learn from these women. The discussions on black lives in America are not yours to facilitate in your group or anywhere.

    True colors revealed
I used to follow and listen to Dana until I realized that she doesn’t heart my face at all, just my money. Well, since being a woman of color isn’t in line with her business and community - I’ve kindly removed myself before she could block/remove anyone that mentioned the current state of America and the unrest. Good riddance. I’m mad at myself for spending any money on your programs. Never again.
  • Justslayyasss
    Not for women of Color
Don’t let this smile fool you. She thinks civil rights issues are inflammatory. She can’t say the word “color” without whispering it. I have been in her group for years fooled that she cared about all women but she revealed her true colors today when pressed on why she doesn’t allow women to explore topics of Race and inequality as it directly correlates with our businesses in her group. Even though it affects women of color like myself everyday, she still only wishes to appease her privileged fan-base. This is a fan club at best. Please to anyone who supports Injustice and the protection of Black lives please know this isn’t the podcast for you. She will cry and tell you about how small her apartment is instead before she even considers you as a person. Dana, please read a book, google, and stop pretending that you care about Black women when you clearly only care about the dollars they give you. Please do better so I can see that even the most tone deaf can change. My color isn’t a political issue.

    Out Of Touch
Listened to so many episodes of this podcast as a boss and a mom, even a member of Dana’s Facebook group. Unfortunately I can’t continue to listen/support to someone who literally told me as a woman of color, my POV and experiences don’t matter.

Racists woman who censors the voices of POC
I was part of her Facebook group and occasionally listened to her podcast. Until she started deleting BLACK LIVES MATTER posts and said it’s not “everyone’s believe system”. Many of us tried to educate her but Dana kept deleting everything and then cried about this being hard for her as a white woman.
