Robyn Bolton, MileZeroPractical Secrets for Peak Performance (without the macho nonsense)Amantha Imber's "How I Work" podcast is a goldmine for productivity enthusiasts. The episode featuring Dr. Gabriella Rosen Kellerman on thriving in uncertain times was particularly illuminating. Imber's skillful interviewing unearthed Kellerman's wealth of knowledge on human flourishing in the workplace. I was struck by Kellerman's insights on prospection as a trust-building tool for leaders, and her emphasis on recognition as "almost a vaccine for a crisis of mattering." This podcast consistently delivers practical, actionable advice from top performers. Whether you're a CEO or an aspiring professional, "How I Work" offers a fascinating peek into the habits that drive success. It's become a go-to resource!

maryrosewenhamGreat podcast with versatile adviceAmantha’s podcast has been such a wonderful addition to my commute these days. I have read so many productivity books and it’s a welcome change to get the same subject matter through the lens of the mother of a young child. As a working parent I highly value the advice she provides and elicits from her various guests. She interviews CEOs and creative types, authors and office workers, and so the information is relevant to a wide variety of listeners. I just preordered Amantha’s book and can’t wait to receive it!

R. WestonWonderful showI adore this podcast. I’ve only been listening to it for about a week and look forward to it each day on my morning walk. Amantha is an exceptional interviewer and chooses such interesting guests. I’ve learned something new from each episode. There has only been one interview I’ve enjoyed a bit less than the others but I still took so much away from the conversation by listening to how Amantha interacted and responded to her guest that day. Brilliant!
